We are looking for an experienced male pharmacist (Hindi/Urdu Speaking) , who can take care of newly opened pharmacy in Al Sajja Industrial Area, Sharjah.

The duties of a pharmacist in charge (PIC) are vital for ensuring the safe and effective operation of a pharmacy. Here are some key responsibilities:

1. **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure the pharmacy adheres to federal, state, and local regulations, including licensing and record-keeping.

2. **Supervision**: Oversee pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, ensuring proper training and performance.

3. **Quality Control**: Maintain standards for medication preparation, dispensing, and storage to ensure patient safety.

4. **Inventory Management**: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and controlling medications and supplies.

5. **Patient Care**: Provide clinical consultations, medication therapy management, and counseling to patients.

6. **Safety Protocols**: Implement and monitor protocols for medication safety and error prevention.

7. **Policy Development**: Develop and enforce pharmacy policies and procedures to improve workflow and patient care.

8. **Education and Training**: Provide ongoing education for staff and patients on medications and health issues.

9. **Collaboration**: Work with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes.

10. **Record Keeping**: Ensure accurate documentation of all pharmacy activities, including prescriptions and controlled substances.

The Pharmacist plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of pharmacy operations and ensuring the best care for patients.
