Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar for a Pharmacy Informatics and Insurance Supervisor. The role involves overseeing pharmacy informatics operations, managing and verifying insurance claims, ensuring compliance with healthcare policies, and supervising staff to maintain efficient workflows. Responsibilities also include analyzing data for process improvements, maintaining communication with insurance companies, and providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and ensure workflow efficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of Insurance processes and policies, with the ability to manage and verify claims accurately.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, staff, and external partners effectively.
- Analytical Skills to evaluate processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
- Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure a high-quality patient and stakeholder experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare informatics or a related operational role.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements in the Gulf region is a plus.
