Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation-Specialist Physician

About the Role

We are seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Specialist to join a growing team focused on integrated care for children with physical and neurodevelopmental conditions. The role involves providing assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation management in coordination with Psychiatry, Psychology, and therapy departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed physical and functional assessments.
• Develop individualized rehabilitation programs for pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (mental health, occupational therapy, speech therapy).
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on progress and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and medical documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with specialization in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Valid DOH License/eligibility or DHA license/eligibility.
• Minimum 3 years post-specialization clinical experience (pediatric experience preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
