Practical/Assistant Nurse Opportunity (DOH Licensed)

Healthline Medical Group is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care right here in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. We are seeking highly dedicated and compassionate Practical Nurses (PN) to join our dynamic clinical team.

The Practical Nurse will provide essential support and direct care services, acting as a vital link in the patient journey. Key responsibilities include:

• Direct Patient Care: Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including mobility, personal hygiene, and feeding.
• Clinical Monitoring: Accurately measuring and recording vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate) and reporting any significant changes in patient condition immediately to the supervising Registered Nurse or Physician.
• Clinical Support: Preparing patients, treatment rooms, and equipment for examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate, timely, and confidential patient records and clinical documentation in accordance with DoH standards.
• Safety & Infection Control: Strictly adhering to infection prevention and control practices and ensuring a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
• Team Collaboration: Working professionally and ethically as part of a multidisciplinary team to implement the patient care plan.

I. Professional Qualification

• Minimum Education: Completion of an accredited Diploma in Nursing or a recognized Practical Nurse/Assistant Nurse program

II. Professional Experience

• Clinical Experience: A minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of relevant post-qualification clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting is preferred.

III. Licensing & Certification

• DoH License: A valid and current Department of Health (DoH), Abu Dhabi Practical Nurse License or proof of DoH Eligibility to practice is mandatory.
• BLS Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved provider (e.g., AHA or equivalent) is required.
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
