PRO (Public Relations Officer) – Part Time – UAE Nationality only

Dento Art Laboratory is seeking a UAE National PRO to handle and complete all government-related transactions for the company. This is a remote, part-time role, and availability during regular business hours when needed is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and follow up on all governmental transactions related to the company.
• Prepare, submit, and track required documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant UAE government authorities as needed.
• Ensure all company documents remain up to date and compliant.

Requirements

• UAE National (Emirati citizenship is mandatory).
• Proven experience in government transactions and PRO services.
• Strong knowledge of UAE government portals and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and deliver tasks on time.
• Remote availability; full-time presence is not required.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• إنجاز ومتابعة جميع المعاملات الحكومية الخاصة بالشركة.
• تجهيز وتقديم ومتابعة جميع المستندات المطلوبة.
• التنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية في الدولة عند الحاجة.
• التأكد من تحديث وتجديد كافة مستندات الشركة بشكل مستمر.

الشروط

• إماراتي الجنسية (شرط أساسي).
• خبرة مثبتة في تخليص المعاملات الحكومية وخدمات الـ PRO.
• معرفة قوية بالبوابات والأنظمة الحكومية في دولة الإمارات.
• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإنجاز المهام في الوقت المحدد.
• العمل عن بُعد ولا يشترط التفرغ الكامل.
