Production Supervisor

National Food Industries (NFI Dubai) – one of the UAE’s leading snack food manufacturers – is on the lookout for a Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience Required: 2–4 years in a similar role within the food or FMCG manufacturing sector

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily production operations to meet output and quality targets
• Ensure adherence to HACCP, ISO, and company quality standards
• Coordinate manpower, shift schedules, and line efficiency
• Monitor machine performance and work closely with maintenance to reduce downtime
• Train, guide, and motivate production staff to achieve department KPIs
• Maintain accurate production and shift reports for management review
• Support new product trials and process improvements
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and cleanliness are strictly followed on the production floor

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or related field
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in FMCG or Food Manufacturing
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Working knowledge of production machinery and quality systems
• Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Based in UAE or willing to relocate
