Job Title: Project Manager – Construction

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects in Dubai. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while complying with UAE construction regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full life cycle of construction projects from initiation to handover.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, work plans, resource allocations, and procurement plans.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, contractors, and government authorities.
• Oversee site performance, progress tracking, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Conduct regular project meetings, site inspections, and issue resolution.
• Manage risks, change orders, claims, and variations.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with UAE codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, and project contractual requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure strong project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7–12 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3+ years in the UAE.
• Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE/Dubai construction laws, permitting, and regulatory approvals.
• Proficient in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).
• PMP, RICS, or similar professional certification is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.
