Property Manager

Job description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties. The role involves managing tenant relationships, coordinating with vendors, handling administrative and financial processes, and ensuring properties are maintained to high standards while maximizing occupancy and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of property management experience in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of leasing, tenant management, and property operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks efficiently
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office and property management systems
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license
• Must be willing to join immediately
