PT Assistant/ Massage Therapist

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Male PT Assistant/Massage Therapist to join our Male Physiotherapy Department. The ideal candidate must have prior UAE experience and be knowledgeable in providing different types of therapeutic massage treatments to support rehabilitation, pain management, and patient recovery.

The candidate should be professional, patient-focused, and able to work efficiently in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide different types of therapeutic massage treatments as prescribed by the physiotherapist or physician
• Assist in pain management, muscle relaxation, and rehabilitation support
• Perform deep tissue massage, sports massage, relaxation massage, and rehabilitation massage as appropriate
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain therapy equipment cleanliness
• Ensure proper patient assessment before treatment sessions
• Monitor patient comfort and report any concerns to the physiotherapist
• Maintain accurate treatment records and session documentation
• Follow infection control and patient safety standards
• Ensure professional communication and high patient satisfaction

Requirements

• Male candidate (for Male PT Department)
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in UAE healthcare sector
• Previous experience in medical center, physiotherapy clinic, rehabilitation center, or wellness center
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic and rehabilitation massage techniques
• Good communication and patient handling skills
• Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
