Purchaser (Dental Clinic)

We are seeking an organized and efficient Purchasing Officer. Responsible for procuring dental materials, negotiating with suppliers and managing inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement & Sourcing: Handle procurement of dental materials, instruments, and equipment. Identify and evaluate local and international suppliers.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor minimum/maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking, and perform regular stock reconciliations and audits.
• Vendor Management: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-efficiency.
• Logistics & Quality: Inspect incoming goods, manage supplier relationships, and ensure proper storage.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 –3 years of experience as a Purchaser or Storekeeper, specifically in a dental clinic, medical center, or hospital in the UAE.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of dental consumables, materials, and instruments.
• Systems Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems.
• Skills: Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
