Job Description: Real Estate Sales Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month (plus incentives/commission as applicable)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead, manage, and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, excellent leadership qualities, and proven experience in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and support a team of real estate sales agents to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor team performance, conduct training, and provide regular feedback to improve closing ratios.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
• Oversee property listings, marketing activities, and client presentations.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitors, and pricing trends.
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and adherence to RERA regulations.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and property management teams for seamless workflow.
• Attend property viewings, client meetings, and networking events as required.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial or team-lead role.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, trends, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• RERA certification is an added advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
