The Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients at My London Skin Clinic. The role is to provide a warm, professional welcome, manage appointments, handle patient enquiries, and ensure smooth front-desk operations while maintaining the clinic’s high standards of service and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Handling & Front Desk

  • Greet all patients and visitors in a polite, professional, and welcoming manner
  • Check patients in and out accurately
  • Ensure patients have a smooth and comfortable experience at all times
  • Handle patient queries professionally, both in person and over the phone

Appointments & Scheduling

  • Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments accurately
  • Manage doctors’ and therapists’ diaries efficiently
  • Ensure no overbooking and follow clinic scheduling protocols
  • Send appointment confirmations and reminders

Billing & Payments

  • Inform patients clearly about treatment prices and packages
  • Raise invoices and collect payments (cash/card/online)
  • Issue receipts and maintain accurate payment records
  • Coordinate with management for any discounts or special approvals

Clinic Administration

  • Maintain patient records with full confidentiality
  • Update CRM and clinic systems accurately
  • Handle daily reports, cash reconciliation, and basic admin tasks
  • Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and nurses for patient flow

Communication & Coordination

  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and social media enquiries professionally
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Escalate patient concerns or complaints to management when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Clinic Receptionist: 3 years (Required)

Language:

  • Fluent English (Required)
