The Opportunity

This is a pivotal role where you will be the first and lasting impression of Polyclinic.ae. We seek a dedicated  Patient Relations Executive (Receptionist)  fluent in  Russian and English  to provide seamless, five-star administrative and customer service support. You will ensure every patient interaction is smooth, professional, and caring.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients in person, over the phone, and via email, providing a warm and professional welcome.
• Manage patient appointments, registrations, and billing with high accuracy using our  Hospital Information System (HIS) .
• Address and resolve patient inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Coordinate between patients, doctors, and insurance team for smooth service delivery.
• Handle cashiering duties and ensure accurate payment processing.
• Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Uphold strict patient confidentiality and adhere to all DHA and clinic policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory  (both verbal and written must be excellent).
• Proven experience (2+ years) in a  high-end customer service, front office, or medical receptionist role , preferably within a clinic, hospital, hotel, or luxury retail in the UAE.
• Impeccable personal presentation, professional telephone etiquette, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer literacy.  Prior experience with a Hospital Information System (HIS) is a significant advantage.
• Cultural sensitivity and the ability to interact with a diverse, international patient base.
• A positive, calm, and helpful demeanor under pressure.
• Available to join immediately or at short notice is preferred.
