Patient Communication Specialist Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Answering incoming phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
• Managing and updating patient information in the CRM system
• Verifying patients’ insurance eligibility and coverage
• Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
