Registered Nurse

We’re Hiring: Senior IVF Registered Nurse- Preferred

Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 3+ years in IVF or fertility nursing
License: DHA Registered Nurse License (Mandatory)

Location- Dubai Healthcare City

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily clinical operations in the IVF unit
• Support physicians during OPU, ET, and other fertility procedures
• Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff
• Coordinate individualized IVF treatment plans and patient medication schedules
• Provide counseling, education, and ongoing support to patients throughout treatment
• Ensure compliance with DHA protocols and clinic standards
• Maintain detailed patient records and clinical documentation

Requirements

• Valid DHA Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IVF/fertility nursing
• In-depth knowledge of IVF protocols and procedures
• Leadership skills and the ability to manage a small clinical team
• Compassionate, professional, and excellent in communication
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
