REGISTRED NURSE- QUALITY MANAGEMENT

We are seeking a qualified Quality Management to join our healthcare team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing / Healthcare / Health Sciences
• Valid Qatar DHP License (Preferred / Required depending on role)
• Certification in Quality Management (CPHQ preferred)
• 3–5 years experience in healthcare quality / hospital setting in QATAR
• Strong knowledge of MoPH standards & JCI accreditation
• Experience in audits, patient safety & risk management

Responsibilities:

• Monitor healthcare quality & compliance
• Conduct clinical audits and inspections
• Support JCI accreditation processes
• Manage incident reporting & root cause analysis (RCA)
• Improve patient safety and service quality
