💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care across various rehabilitation services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patients’ progress and report changes in condition promptly.
• Support patient and family education on health management and rehabilitation goals.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and DOH standards.
