Registered Nurse - Windsor Medical Center

We are seeking a licensed and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our polyclinic located on Al Wasl Road, Jumeirah. The ideal candidate will have prior clinical experience within the UAE healthcare system and demonstrate strong clinical competence, patient-centered care, and compliance with local healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with DHA regulations and clinic protocols
• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and minor interventions
• Monitor and document patients’ vital signs, clinical status, and progress accurately
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain infection control standards and ensure proper sterilization of equipment
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information
• Support clinic operations and collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Valid DHA Registered Nurse license or eligibility to obtain one
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience within the UAE
• Experience in polyclinic or outpatient settings is preferred
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Professional, ethical, and patient-focused approach to care
