Role: Relocation Consultant – Manama, Bahrain (Part-Time Remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and client-focused Relocation Consultant. This role is a part-time and remote. It involves working closely with clients to understand their relocation requirements, provide expert property guidance, and ensure a seamless relocation experience. The ideal candidate will have strong consulting skills, knowledge of the local real estate market, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with our in-house team based in Dubai to understand the client requirement
  • Consult with clients to assess their relocation needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert guidance on property options, including home search, viewings, and lease negotiations.
  • Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections, ensuring smooth transitions for clients.
  • Conduct research on the local real estate market to advise clients on rental trends, neighbourhoods, and pricing.
  • Provide itinerary and reports in timely manner.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Deliver a high-quality, personalized relocation experience that meets client expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience in property consulting, relocation, or real estate research.
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic will be an advantage.
  • Strong ability to assess client needs and provide expert advice.
  • Knowledge of the Bahrain local real estate market is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Previous relocation experience is an advantage.
