Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Jeddah. The Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, and developing strategies to promote services effectively. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, collaborating on sales strategies, and providing training and support to enhance the team's performance and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and a proven record of achieving targets
• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain excellent client relationships
• Ability to provide Training and support to team members for skill enhancement
• Problem-solving mindset and creativity in developing marketing strategies
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage
• Previous experience in healthcare, therapy, or wellness industries is a plus
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic
• Familiar with use of KPIs and outcome tools.
