Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales and Marketing - Telehealth Customer Onboard Specialist based in Dubai, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The role entails driving and managing the customer onboarding process for telehealth solutions, providing excellent customer support and training, and maintaining strong communication throughout the customer journey. Responsibilities include identifying potential sales opportunities, delivering product presentations, supporting clients with the telehealth implementation process, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, negotiation, and achieving sales targets.
• Experience with Training customers on product usage and providing ongoing support.
• Proficiency in managing both in-person and remote client interactions.
• Knowledge of telehealth solutions, digital healthcare systems, and regulatory requirements in the UAE is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
