Sales Co-ordinator

National Food Industries (NFI Dubai), a leading player in the UAE’s food manufacturing sector, is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our dynamic sales team. If you're a fresher with strong organizational skills or have up to 1 year of experience in a similar role within FMCG, we’d love to hear from you!

Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience Required: Freshers or up to 1 year in Sales Coordination (preferably FMCG)
Benefits: As per UAE Labour Law

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and customer follow-ups
• Prepare sales reports, trackers, and presentations as required by management
• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounts, and warehouse) to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Handle inquiries from clients and distributors in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain and update customer database and price lists
• Provide support in planning sales promotions, sampling campaigns, and events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Excellent communication skills (written & spoken)
• Strong MS Excel skills (Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus)
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Proactive, willing to learn, and team-player
• Preferably based in UAE

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
