Sales – Cosmetic Gynecology -Laser Systems

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a experienced Sales – Cosmetic Gynecology - Laser Systems(Due to the nature of gynecology-focused clinical interactions, this role requires a candidate who is comfortable working closely with patients and gynecologists.) based in Dubai. Promote and sell gynecology laser systems to gynecologists, aesthetic doctors, and medical centers

Build and maintain strong relationships with clinics, hospitals, and key opinion leaders (KOLs)

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and basic clinical discussions

Coordinate with clinical specialists for workshops, demos, and installations

Manage the full sales cycle: Lead generation, negotiation, closing, and post-sales follow-up

Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM updates

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to market expansion

Qualifications

Due to the nature of gynecology-focused clinical interactions, this role requires a candidate suitable for such clinical environments.

Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in:

• Cosmetic gynecology products, or
• Medical laser systems, or
• Medical aesthetics devices (preferred)

Strong understanding of gynecology/aesthetic procedures is an advantage

Existing network with gynecologists and aesthetic clinics in the is highly preferred

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional demeanor

• Prior experience in the Middle East healthcare or medical devices market is preferred , Drivers license is a must
