Sales person - Medical equipment

Job Summary

The Medical Sales Person will be responsible for promoting, selling, and distributing dental, orthodontic, and surgical products to healthcare providers. The role requires strong field sales experience, solid product knowledge, and the ability to independently manage accounts and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell dental, orthodontic, and surgical equipment and consumables
• Develop and manage relationships with dental clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals
• Conduct regular field visits, product presentations, and demonstrations
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
• Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and coordinate deliveries with operations
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports
• Support product launches and marketing activities when required

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in medical / dental / ortho / surgical sales
• Strong knowledge of dental and/or surgical consumables and equipment
• Existing network with dental clinics, orthodontists, or hospitals is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Valid driving license
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with distributors or medical suppliers
• Ability to understand technical product specifications and clinical use
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Basic computer skills (email, Excel, CRM systems)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RO250.000 - RO300.000 per month

• Sales in medical equipment: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
