SAP Techno- Functional Architect

We are seeking an experienced SAP Techno-Functional Consultant with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on SAP functional experience to support, optimize, and enhance our SAP landscape within a UAE healthcare environment. The successful candidate will have strong ownership of SAP FI/CO and MM modules, working closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, configure the system, conduct testing, support UAT, manage deployments, and provide post-go-live stabilization.

The role requires experience integrating SAP with healthcare and enterprise systems such as Hospital Information Systems (HIS), HRMS, and other third-party applications . The consultant will be responsible for preparing functional specifications, WRICEF documentation, test scripts, transport management, and change documentation while ensuring adherence to governance and best practices.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on SAP functional consulting experience .
  • Proven ownership of SAP FI/CO and MM functional modules.
  • End-to-end SAP project lifecycle experience, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, stabilization, and change management.
  • Previous experience working in a UAE healthcare organization.
  • Experience integrating SAP with HIS, HRMS, and other third-party systems .
  • Strong experience preparing functional specifications, WRICEF documentation, test scripts, transport management, and change documentation .
  • Excellent business-level English communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • SAP Certification in at least one core module is mandatory.
