Hiring: Operating Theatre (OT) Nurse – Plastic Surgery | Dubai

We are looking for a highly skilled Operating Theatre (OT) Nurse to join our surgical team in Dubai.

This role is ideal for a nurse experienced in plastic surgery environments , with strong expertise in scrub and circulating duties and the ability to assist surgeons in high-precision procedures.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and operating theatre environment
• Perform scrub and circulating nurse duties during procedures
• Assist the surgeon during operations, including acting as First Assistant when required
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols
• Handle surgical instruments efficiently during procedures
• Support pre-operative and post-operative patient care within the OT

🔹 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrub Nurse
• Proven experience in plastic surgery and/or rhinoplasty procedures preferred
• Must hold a valid DHA license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Strong knowledge of OT protocols, sterilization standards, and surgical assistance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance surgical environment
