Senior HR Executive (Immediate Joiner)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior HR Executive to manage recruitment and HR operations while supporting business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing processes.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and HR initiatives.
• Handle employee relations and workplace matters.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Oversee HR administration, leave management, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR and recruitment experience.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies across functions.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Proficient in MS Office.
