Job Title: Senior HR Coordinator (Healthcare)

Location: Dubai

Summary

We are seeking a Senior HR Coordinator to support and coordinate recruitment and HR operations within a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles
  • Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and assist with hiring
  • Handle onboarding, licensing, and staff documentation
  • Maintain employee records and HR reports
  • Support daily HR operations and compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Strong personality with ability to handle pressure and deadlines
  • Good knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Familiar with DHA/DOH procedures
