Senior Registered Nurse

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Registered Nurse with strong expertise in pediatric treatment room procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients while ensuring safety, comfort, and compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in the treatment room
• Assist doctors during pediatric procedures, examinations, and minor surgeries
• Handle procedures such as IV cannulation, injections, wound care, nebulization, and vaccinations
• Monitor and record vital signs, patient progress, and treatment responses
• Ensure proper infection control practices and maintain a sterile environment
• Manage emergency pediatric cases and provide immediate care when required
• Educate parents and caregivers regarding treatment plans, medications, and aftercare
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as per DOH guidelines
• Supervise and guide junior nursing staff when required
• Ensure availability and proper use of medical equipment and supplies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
• Valid DOH License (Abu Dhabi)
• Minimum 4+ years of UAE experience, preferably in pediatric treatment room / clinic / hospital
• Strong skills in pediatric patient handling and procedures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
