Social Media Manager and Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager & Content Creator to develop engaging content and manage our online presence across multiple platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital trends, audience behavior, and brand storytelling to drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals
• Create, edit, and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, videos, stories)
• Manage day-to-day social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitor trends and adapt content to stay relevant and competitive
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights
• Engage with the audience, respond to comments/messages, and build community
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams for campaigns and launches
• Plan and maintain content calendars to ensure consistency

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut)
• Knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools
• Ability to stay updated with digital trends and platform updates
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Basic understanding of branding and marketing principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with paid social media campaigns
• Basic photography/videography skills
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies
