Special Educator-Female

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Special Educator to join our Pediatric Rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will work with children with developmental, physical, or learning challenges, designing and implementing individualized education and therapy programs to support their growth and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess children’s educational and developmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Work closely with therapists, psychologists, and medical professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Use creative teaching strategies and adaptive learning tools.
• Support parents and caregivers with guidance and progress updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric rehabilitation or special education.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
