Job Summary

Central Clinic L.L.C. is seeking a qualified and experienced Specialist Dermatologist to provide comprehensive medical and cosmetic dermatology services. The successful candidate will diagnose and treat skin, hair, and nail disorders, perform approved aesthetic procedures, and maintain the highest standards of patient care in compliance with DOH regulations and clinic policies.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient dermatology consultations and examinations.
• Diagnose and treat skin, hair, and nail disorders.
• Develop treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient medical records.
• Obtain informed consent before all procedures.

Aesthetic Dermatology Responsibilities

• Perform approved aesthetic dermatology procedures, including:
• Botox injections
• Dermal fillers
• PRP treatments
• Mesotherapy
• Chemical peels
• Microneedling
• Skin rejuvenation procedures
• Laser consultations and treatments (subject to training and privileges)
• Assess patient suitability for cosmetic procedures and provide appropriate counseling.
• Manage procedure-related complications and ensure patient safety.

Quality, Compliance and Patient Safety

• Comply with all DOH regulations, professional standards, and clinic policies.
• Participate in quality improvement activities, audits, and clinical meetings.
• Report incidents, adverse events, and patient safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
• Ensure infection prevention and control standards are followed.

Patient Care and Communication

• Provide patient-centered, ethical, and professional care.
• Educate patients regarding diagnosis, treatment options, risks, and expected outcomes.
• Maintain high levels of patient satisfaction and service quality.
• Conduct follow-up consultations and monitor treatment effectiveness.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with nurses, reception staff, dental and medical teams, and management.
• Support health promotion and patient education initiatives.
• Participate in staff training and continuous professional development programs.

QualificationsEssential Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Postgraduate qualification in Dermatology recognized by DOH.
• Valid DOH License as Specialist Dermatologist.
• Minimum 3 years of dermatology experience after specialization.
• Valid UAE residence visa (Own Visa).

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in both clinical and aesthetic dermatology.
• Experience with laser and cosmetic dermatology procedures.
• Strong communication and patient counseling skills.
• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
