Specialist Plastic Surgeon

We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-centric Specialist Plastic Surgeon to join our clinical team. The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive range of high-quality surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures, as well as reconstructive interventions. This role requires excellent clinical judgment, precision, strong interpersonal communication skills, and absolute compliance with local healthcare regulations to ensure outstanding patient satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Consultation & Care Planning: Conduct thorough pre-operative consultations to evaluate patient goals, take detailed medical histories, assess psychological readiness, and formulate tailored treatment plans.

Surgical Procedures: Perform a variety of aesthetic and reconstructive surgeries (e.g., liposuction, body contouring, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, breast augmentation/reduction, and scar revisions) with high technical precision.

Non-Surgical Treatments: Administer advanced non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic treatments, including injectables (Botox, fillers), skin rejuvenation, and laser therapies.

Clinical Governance: Deliver exemplary pre- and post-operative care, closely monitor patient recovery, effectively manage any complications, and maintain meticulous, compliant electronic medical records.

Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with the dermatology department, nursing staff, anesthetists, and administrative teams to optimize patient workflow and clinical outcomes.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent, plus a recognized Master’s Degree or specialized Board Certification in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Licensing

o Must hold a active and valid license (or a confirmed Eligibility Letter) as a Specialist Plastic Surgeon from local health authorities (SHA).

o Clean malpractice and dataflow verification history.

Experience: A minimum of 10-15 years of post-specialization clinical experience, with a strong, verifiable portfolio in both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.
