§Responsible for overseeing the cash flow and financial instruments

· Provide physiotherapy to patients of all ages

· Undertake and record a thorough assessment using appropriate techniques and equipment

· Accompany the Clinical Manager in visiting patients’ homes to complete assessments as and when required

· Provide appropriate advice based on the patient’s medical, social and cultural circumstances

· Plan and deliver individual physiotherapy treatment programs

· Create progress plans with the patients and their family to understand their targets and goals

· Communicate highly sensitive and complex information in an understandable way to the patient and their family

· Adapting best practices on the patient care management

· Provide monthly reports on the cases handled along with the patient’s status

· Participate on developing clinical SOP on the rehabilitation treatment of the patients as per local and international guidelines.

· Ensure the schedule provided is realistic and can be achieved weekly

· Complete progress reports and provide to the Clinical Manager on a daily basis

· Respect patient confidentiality at all times and provide information only within the professional context

· Manage clinical risk in the homecare setting

Essential Education & Experience

· DHA license – Physiotherapist

· Physiotherapy degree or equivalent

· A minimum of 3 years’ working experience

Specific Knowledge/ skills

· Good rapport with patients

· In-depth knowledge of best practices and policies

· Ability to work well under pressure and in fast paced environment

· Ensure to be passionate about the role and have a fondness for caring for people

· Aware of the DHA homecare standards/requirements for Speech therapist services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
