Store keeper- Healthcare

• Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory by receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming stock, issuing items to departments, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Perform regular inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure optimal stock levels through timely replenishment.
• Follow inventory control practices such as FIFO and FEFO to maintain stock quality and minimize waste.
• Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and properly labeled store, with appropriate storage for high-value and temperature-sensitive items.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Nursing, Clinical Departments, and the Central Warehouse to support inventory availability and transfers between facilities.
• Adhere to quality, health, safety, and infection control standards, and promptly report damaged stock or operational risks.
• Provide cross-branch inventory support by covering store operations at the facility during staff absences or operational needs, including travel to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain to ensure uninterrupted operations.
