Survey Insight Specialist

• Execute surveys to capture meaningful data from various stakeholders, including patients, family members, and team members.
• Ensure survey objectives align with Dubai Health’s business goals through active collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide insights that support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret survey data, focusing on trends, insights, and patterns, and utilize statistical techniques and qualitative analysis to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Translate customer suggestions, complaints, and feedback data into easy-to-understand narratives to present key findings and actionable insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders through comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Recommend improvements based on survey insights to enhance customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall business performance.
• Ensure survey data's accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality through proper management practices, data governance, and adherence to privacy regulations.
• Continuously assess and improve survey processes, methodologies, and technologies to enhance data quality and insights.
• Propose and develop strategies to improve response rates and data reliability.
• Conduct benchmarking studies and comparative analysis against industry standards and previous surveys to identify trends and measure progress.
• Apply best practices for survey design, analysis, and reporting, ensuring high-quality and timely insights.
• Any other assignments related to the nature of the job assigned by the management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree - Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field

5+ years - Survey design, data analysis, and managing survey-based research
