Role Description

Dr. Samir Abbas Hospital is offering a Tamheer Training Opportunity for fresh graduates in Radiologic Technology . This is a 6-month on-the-job training program supported by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) , designed to provide practical experience in a professional hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in performing diagnostic imaging procedures under supervision.
• Prepare patients for radiological examinations while ensuring comfort and safety.
• Follow radiation safety standards and hospital protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to support patient care.
• Ensure imaging equipment is prepared and maintained according to departmental standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Radiologic Technology.
• Eligible for the Tamheer Program (HRDF).
• SCFHS registration/classification is preferred or eligible to obtain.
• Basic knowledge of radiology procedures and radiation safety.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in a clinical environment.
• Ability to work in shifts, as required.
