Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Teacher role located in Doha, Qatar. The Teacher will be responsible for designing and implementing lesson plans based on the Montessori philosophy, delivering engaging and age-appropriate educational materials, and fostering a supportive and stimulating classroom environment. Responsibilities also include assessing student progress, providing individualized attention, and maintaining clear and constructive communication with students, parents, and colleagues. Collaborating with staff for training and development is also an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum development
• Strong background in Education and Teaching
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues
• Experience in Training and mentoring preferred
• Montessori teaching certification is highly desirable
• Proven ability to foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field
