Teacher Assistant

• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging activities based on the EYFS curriculum
• Support individual children or small groups during learning activities
• Foster a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe and valued
• Help with the preparation and organisation of resources, materials, and displays
• Observe and monitor children's progress, behaviour, and development; record findings accurately
• Assist with personal care needs (e.g. toileting, feeding, dressing) as required
• Encourage positive behaviour and manage challenging behaviour effectively
• Support children's social and emotional development through play and interaction
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed and involved
• Work collaboratively with other staff and professionals in the setting
• Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of children at all times
• Participate in training, staff meetings, and development opportunities

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
