Job Description:

We are looking for a Telesales Executive with strong experience in aesthetic clinics to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, the ability to convert inquiries into bookings, and a strong understanding of aesthetic treatments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales within an aesthetic clinic
• Arabic speaker with good English communication skills
• Proven ability to convert leads into appointments and treatments
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle patient inquiries and follow-ups professionally

Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with leads and potential patients
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments
• Explain clinic services and aesthetic treatments clearly
• Maintain good patient relationships and ensure excellent customer experience
• Coordinate with the clinic team to manage patient bookings

Preferred:

• Experience in the UAE aesthetic or medical field
