Job Summary:
The Telesales Pharma Executive is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products over the phone. The role involves coordinating with pharmacies to ensure product awareness and timely order processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare providers to promote pharmaceutical products.
  • Generate sales leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into confirmed orders.
  • Provide product information, pricing, offers, and promotions clearly and accurately.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to increase sales volume.
  • Prepare daily/weekly call reports and share updates with management.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of telesales or pharma sales experience (UAE experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and pharmacy operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
