Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, providing information about services, handling customer inquiries, and scheduling consultations. The specialist will also assist in customer support and follow-up activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred
