Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Training Administrator based in Al Ain, with the flexibility to work remotely on specific tasks. The Training Administrator will be responsible for managing and coordinating training programs, providing administrative support, maintaining efficient communication between trainers and attendees, and addressing customer inquiries. Additional duties include ensuring the smooth execution of training schedules and maintaining records and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Training & Development and Training delivery processes
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with stakeholders
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and organizational tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Proficient with relevant tools and software applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field is a plus
