Job Title: Transport Incharge
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 5,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Transport Incharge to oversee the daily transportation operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle movements, coordinating drivers, monitoring maintenance schedules, and ensuring efficient and timely transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily transportation activities.
• Manage driver schedules, attendance, and route assignments.
• Ensure timely deployment of vehicles as per operational requirements.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and transportation costs.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
• Maintain transportation records, permits, registrations, and insurance documents.
• Ensure compliance with UAE traffic regulations and company policies.
• Investigate and report vehicle incidents, accidents, or delays.
• Track vehicle performance and implement improvements for operational efficiency.
• Liaise with internal departments regarding transportation requirements.
• Prepare transportation reports and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in transport coordination, fleet management, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations and vehicle maintenance.
• Familiarity with UAE transportation regulations and road safety standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
