The ideal candidate will assist clients with flight bookings, holiday packages, visa assistance, hotel reservations, and travel planning services, ensuring a seamless and memorable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on international and domestic travel packages
• Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, tour packages, and visa processing
• Use GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) for ticketing and reservations
• Create customized travel itineraries based on client needs and budget
• Process cancellations, refunds, and rebookings
• Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel partners
• Achieve monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
• Ensure compliance with UAE travel regulations and documentation requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Travel Advisor, Travel Consultant, or Ticketing Agent
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre)
• Experience in holiday packages, corporate travel, and visa services
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Sales-driven mindset with ability to meet targets
• Knowledge of international destinations and travel trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in UAE travel agencies or tourism companies
• IATA certification (preferred)
• Multilingual skills (Arabic is an advantage)
