Tyres Service Advisor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tyre Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional advice on tyre products and services while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Candidates with experience in tyre service centers, automotive workshops, or dealerships are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their tyre service requirements.
• Inspect vehicles and recommend suitable tyre replacement, repair, balancing, alignment, and related services.
• Prepare service estimates and explain the scope of work, pricing, and timelines to customers.
• Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Monitor the progress of vehicle repairs and keep customers updated.
• Promote tyre brands, wheel alignment, balancing, nitrogen filling, and other value-added services.
• Prepare job cards, invoices, and maintain accurate service records.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty claims professionally.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and follow up after service completion.
• Maintain knowledge of tyre specifications, vehicle fitments, and manufacturer recommendations.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Tyre Service Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor, or in a similar role.
• Experience working with tyre retailers, service centers, dealerships, or automotive workshops.
• Strong knowledge of tyre brands, wheel alignment, wheel balancing, tyre repairs, and related automotive services.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare quotations, job cards, and service estimates.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with workshop management systems.
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
