Urology Specialist

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Urologist to join our medical team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should hold a valid DOH license and possess strong clinical expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of urological conditions. The role involves outpatient consultations, procedures, and contributing to high-quality patient care in line with UAE healthcare standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care

• Diagnose and treat diseases and disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system.
• Conduct outpatient consultations, follow-ups, and preventive screenings.
• Perform minor and major urological procedures aligned with your scope of practice.
• Interpret diagnostic tests such as ultrasounds, CT scans, MRIs, and lab investigations.
• Provide guidance on kidney disorders, prostate issues, urinary infections, and reproductive health concerns.

Patient Management

• Develop customized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
• Educate patients on treatment options, risks, lifestyle changes, and preventive measures.
• Ensure accurate documentation of medical history, treatment plans, procedures, and progress notes.
• Deliver patient-centered care with empathy, ethical standards, and professionalism.

Administrative & Operational

• Collaborate with nursing staff, radiologists, laboratory teams, and other specialists for comprehensive care.
• Follow DOH guidelines, regulatory policies, and clinical protocols.
• Participate in case discussions, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support the clinic/hospital in achieving service excellence and patient satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• Valid DOH Specialist License (Urology).
• Medical Degree + Completed Specialized Residency in Urology.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Specialist Urologist.
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and surgical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to high standards of medical ethics and patient care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED40,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
