Waiter Restaurant

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waiter to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working as a waiter in a hotel or restaurant, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide guests with a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and make food and beverage recommendations.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure guests' needs are attended to throughout their dining experience.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Prepare bills and process customer payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Work closely with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waiter in a hotel or restaurant.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
• Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,300.00 per month
