The Best Ways Group is a leading healthcare and business services organization in the UAE, providing medical services, healthcare staffing, training, and consultancy. We are looking for a talented Web Developer & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

Key ResponsibilitiesWeb Development

• Design, develop, and maintain company websites.
• Manage WordPress and other CMS platforms.
• Optimize website speed, security, and SEO.
• Update website content and ensure smooth functionality.

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Create engaging content for websites and social media.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Improve online presence and lead generation.

Social Media Management

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create graphics, reels, and promotional content.
• Schedule and publish social media posts.
• Monitor engagement and respond to inquiries.

Graphic Design

• Design marketing materials, brochures, flyers, banners, and social media creatives.
• Create email marketing templates and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

Sales & Marketing Support

• Assist with quotations and customer follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal departments.
• Maintain CRM and customer database.
• Support exhibitions, marketing events, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Web Development and Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of:
• HTML5
• CSS3
• PHP
• WordPress
• SEO & SEM
• Google Analytics
• Meta Business Suite
• Google Ads
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Experience with social media marketing and lead generation.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Arabic language is an advantage.
• UAE Driving Licence is preferred.
