Cuddly Bear’s goal is to be a second home for your children, giving the love, support and personal attention to each child that you give in your own home. Our environments are designed to feel homely, our staff are handpicked for their natural love and empathy with children, as well as their professional qualifications, and we work together with parents, communicating daily as one big family. We have a particular interest in creative activities for children, believing that encouraging expression is a vital way to help children learn about their feelings, and as such we make sure we have plenty of activities based around art, craft, music, song, theatre, messy play and languages. Part of our ethos is a commitment to high standards and we are regularly put forward as an example of exemplary nursery care to other nurseries. We provide a fantastic range of coaching and development opportunities to Cuddly Bear colleagues, so that we in turn continually check and improve ourselves to benefit our children’s learning and the care we provide.
